Follow the A470 through Builth Wells to Newbridge-On-Wye. Turn left onto the B4358 towards Beulah for approx. 2 - 3 miles. Follow this narrow lane for 1.1/2 miles the cottages are on the left below the road. 
If you get to the Red Lion Pub in Llanafan Fawr – you’ve gone a little too far turn around & look for the pink cottage which will now be on the left hand side. (The sat Nav usually brings you straight to the door!) We advise you take a look at our location on google maps just to get a better idea of where we are located.
